Adler Ortho® employs powder technology to the manufacturing of all custom-made implants. This allows for the production of complex, single-piece, monolithic structures which are tailored specifically to the anatomy of the patient.
Design Process
Custom made products are modelled on the three-dimensional reconstruction of the patient’s CT image in order to achieve complete accuracy.
Each implant is designed and produced in close collaboration with the surgeon to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient. Specific disposable instruments including drilling and cutting guides are provided with each implant, to offer maximum precision during surgery.
